Company Limited by Guarantee - Registered in England No. 25185
Begins with breakfast on the Isle of Wight ferry from Lymington. Ride an island End-to-End from the Needles to Bembridge lifeboat station, before returning to Yarmouth. Back on the mainland cycle across the heart of the New Forest before returning along the coast with views of the Isle of Wight and the morning’s stages of the route.

This event is suitable for adults and older teenagers who consider themselves to be regular experienced cyclists. If you have not ridden this distance before you will have taken part in a 100km cycle event or similar distance charity ride and be prepared to put in some pre-event training to step up to a new challenge. You will have the re-assurance of riding with experienced cyclists who have done it before.
The Audax philosophy is one of self-reliance. Rides should be treated as private excursions and the organisers are responsible only for providing routes and time checks. The route has been ridden by cyclists. A detailed route sheet will be provided but routes are not signed and navigation is the responsibility of riders.

Start: New Street, Lymington beside Costa Coffee café @ 07:45 a.m. MAP
