This event mostly follows quiet New Forest lanes and some Forestry Commission gravel roads. The route visits Burley, Boldrewood, the Ornamental Drive, Brockenhurst and Roydon Wood.

You occasionally go for a short Sunday bike ride, or have a bike in the garage and never got around to really using it. This event will give you an achievable challenge to get a bit fitter on some pre-event practice rides and then enjoy the 30 mile day taken at a gentle pace (and there is no rule forbidding you from stopping on the way round for another ice cream or from walking up hill)
